At The Dirty Designer, we don't just deliver landscapes. We deliver experiences worth sharing.

The Dirty Designer Method

A design-build process refined over three decades.

Landscaping projects involve far more than moving dirt and digging holes.  When you partner with The Dirty Designer, your project follows a carefully developed method shaped by more than thirty years of hands-on experience.  It’s a process designed to bring clarity, creativity and craftsmanship together.  Yes, the work gets muddy.  But we keep the process organized – and the experience enjoyable.

ENJOY & MAINTAIN

Construction is over and your new space is ready to enjoy.  We’ll hand over documents for material details. warranty info and item locations.  Your new space looks amazing now, and we want you to know and understand every detail, so you can easily keep it looking this great for years.  We can also discuss the maintenance packages we offer – so you can just enjoy it.

CONSTRUCTION & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Our crew gets to work with clear communication, clean job sites and expert craftsmanship.  This means people aren’t standing around, your job isn’t on “pause” because of poor planning and your property is in the hands of people who actually care.

2 - SKETCH

DESIGN & VISUALIZATION

Ideas begin as sketches, which become scaled digital renderings, so you’ll see and experience the vision before a shovel hits the ground.  Clear designs remove uncertainty.

DISCOVERY & PLANNING

We walk your property and listen carefully to understand how you want to live in the space.  Kids. Dogs. Gatherings. Quiet Mornings.  Every great project begins with understanding the people who will enjoy it.

HERE'S HOW THE DIRTY EXPERIENCE UNFOLDS

Our Mission

Create a company built around people and their experiences. We don't measure success by how many projects we complete. We measure it by how people feel while working with us - and long after the job is done.

What That Means For Clients

We believe customers must feel heard, taken care of and confident in what’s happening – never stressed or left guessing.

We build trust by –

  • Providing clear and detailed proposals
  • Creating a detailed plan and never taking short cuts
  • Responding to questions and concerns quickly
  • Clearly explaining the next steps in our process
  • Showing up when we say we will
  • Standing by our work if there’s ever an issue

This is why customers keep coming back to work with us.

What That Means For Employees

We believe the team should feel supported, respected, and set up to grow – instead of feeling underpaid, burned out or overlooked.

A work place where –

  • We provide a clear path to learn and earn more
  • We look out for each other – not just ourselves
  • Safety and training are practiced daily
  • They have the freedom to always do the right thing
  • They know they are held to a high standard
  • If they need anything, we’re here for them

This is we have such a dedicated and skilled team

Why People Choose Us

Professional Systems. Personal Energy.

Luxury that lasts.  Memories that matter.

When you trust someone to work on your home, you shouldn’t have to wonder if things are being done the right way.  You shouldn’t have to chase updates, second – guess decisions or worry about what’s happening behind the scenes.  The Dirty Designer takes that responsibility seriously.  We believe our job goes beyond building outdoor spaces.  It’s about showing up, communicating clearly and making decisions with your best interest in mind – even when no one is watching.  It’s about doing things the right way the first time.  Keeping you informed at every step.  Standing behind our work long after the project is complete.  And yes, making the experience enjoyable along the way.

The work can be loud.  It can get muddy.  But that doesn’t mean the experience has to feel chaotic or stressful.  We bring structure, clarity and a steady hand to every project – so you can feel confident from start to finish.  The kind of experience you’d confidently recommend to family and friends.  Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about how your space looks.  It’s about how you feel while it’s being created – and long after it’s finished.
