We know our line of work can be dusty and noisy, but things have to get dirty before they become beautiful.
Throughout this project we’ll be working hard to minimize disruption of your daily lives, because we know construction can be noisy, dirty and sometimes annoying.
We’ve been working in neighborhoods like yours for years, and we understand the responsibility that comes with that. If there’s something we can do better – give us a call.
From the first site visit to final walkthrough, you can follow the entire process right here. Scroll down to see what we’re creating and how it all comes together.

We are a complete landscape and outdoor living construction company. If you have a problem or you’re just looking to make a change to your outdoor space, we can help you with that.
Curious why your neighbor chose to work with us instead of another landscape company? Take a few minutes to read about us and you’ll see what makes us so different.
Choosing the right landscape company is about more than simply finding someone who can install materials or provide the lowest price. It’s about finding a company who will listen to your concerns and desires. A company who stands behind their work, respects your property and works as a team to achieve one common goal – providing every customer with an unforgettable experience.
Finding a reliable and reputable service company of any kind is hard to do. Any Seinfeld fan knows that’s why Jerry only wanted to take his car to Puddy.
When meeting contractors, we always encourage homeowners to ask different kinds of questions. Questions like: How detailed is your written proposal? Do you provide written warranties when the job is complete? How will I know what the next steps are throughout the project? What systems do you have in place if we decide to add or change something during construction?
That’s the difference between a good contractor and a polished, well-thought-out company. And honestly, if you saw this sign in your neighborhood and somehow ended up on this website… there’s a good chance you may have already found them.
There are a lot of moving parts involved in outdoor living space projects – many of which homeowners never see or even think about. For example, when we excavate soil to build your patio or walkway, that material has to be loaded, hauled away and properly dumped somewhere. Disposal fees alone can range from $200–$500 per truckload, and that doesn’t include fuel and labor to get it there.
Most people also don’t realize the level of investment required just to operate a professional landscape construction company. A single dump truck can cost well over $100,000, those machines cost about $70,000, and a typical outdoor living project may require multiple trucks, trailers and machines on-site at the same time. Add experienced foremen, skilled labor, payroll taxes, workers compensation, health insurance, overtime, materials, utilities and project management. It’s easy to see how the costs add up quickly.
A well-built outdoor space is much more than stone and plants. Behind every project is a significant investment in equipment, skilled people, logistics, planning, communication and construction experience to ensure the work is completed safely, professionally and built to last.
Designs are not required for all projects. Simple project such as ; lighting, small walkways, repairs or small plantings. Larger jobs require them for permits and the installation process. It’s part of our process to ensure what we worked together to create and design – is exactly what we build, so we’ve exceeded your expectations when the job is complete.
There is no simple answer for this question because each job is different. We’ll work through this with you during the designing and estimating process so you have an idea of the completion date when we start. We’ll also provide you with clear milestones and project updates so you know to to expect and how the job is going.
We don’t ask for a budget on every type of project. Smaller projects like drainage work, grading or hardscape repairs are typically priced based on the scope of work required to solve the problem. More creative projects – like planting designs, outdoor kitchens, decks, lighting and outdoor living spaces – usually require a budget conversation.
We’ll use an outdoor kitchen as an example. If you ask us to design and price an outdoor kitchen, but we don’t know your budget is $20,000, you may be frustrated if we come back with a design and proposal totaling $45,000. Our design may have included raised bar seating, refrigeration, a sink, premium materials and a pizza oven. If we knew the target budget was closer to $20,000, we would have designed the project differently from the beginning to better align with your goals and comfort level.
When designing creative spaces, budgets help guide decisions regarding layout, materials and features. Asking about budget is not about taking advantage of anyone. It’s about setting realistic expectations, avoiding wasted time and creating a finished project that feels exciting – not financially uncomfortable after the fact.
