Thoughtfully placed light transforms your landscape long after the sun sets.
Low-voltage outdoor lighting extends the beauty and usability of your landscape well beyond daylight hours. It highlights architectural details, frames garden beds, defines walkways and adds dimension to structures and gathering spaces. When thoughtfully designed, lighting does more than brighten a property – it shapes how the space feels at night, creating warmth, depth and subtle contrast across the landscape.
Our lighting systems are built around performance and precision. We work primarily with premium manufacturers such as WAC and In-Lite, utilizing brass or aluminum fixtures in refined finishes that complement your home. Each fixture is connected to WiFi-enabled transformers with adjustable brightness, beam spread, and color temperature – all controlled from your smartphone. After installation, every light is personally adjusted after dusk or before sunrise to ensure it illuminates exactly what it should – and nothing it shouldn’t. The result is a landscape that feels intentional, balanced and beautifully composed after dark.
Well – designed landscape lighting isn’t about how bright a property becomes – it’s about what is revealed and what is left in shadow. We compose lighting to highlight architecture, gardens and pathways while preserving warmth and atmosphere.
After installation is complete, I return to your property after sunset to personally assess and refine the lighting. Every fixture is adjusted on-site – beam angle, brightness and warmth carefully calibrated to ensure the light falls exactly where it should, and nowhere it shouldn’t. The result is balance, depth and subtlety rather than glare or over-illumination.
The success of a lighting project isn’t defined by the fixture itself – it’s defined by how the light performs after sunset. That’s why every system is refined and adjusted at night.
Turns out, getting dirty is actually a pretty great experience.
Outdoor landscape and hardscape lighting really are the final layers. They are the polish. The quiet sophistication that separates a finished yard from a fully realized outdoor environment.
It can if you want it to, but outdoor lighting systems are usually low-voltage systems. These systems are connected to transformers that plug into an outlet inside or outside and are mounted to a stucture.
They can run on mechanical or digital timers, and they can also run off a photo cell that detects when the sun rises or sets. “Smart” transformers are controlled by an app on your phone and you can be very specific with settings for the entire system or break it down into specific areas (zones).
There are so many different products on todays market, so the possibilities are endless. You can have multiple different colors in your landscape lighting system. You can even set red lights for Valentines Day or Green lights for St. Paddy’s Day.
We use higher quality fixtures for all of our jobs. Our fixtures come with long-lasting bulbs that area rate for 50,000 to 70,000 of use before replacement.
